Bathroom vanity cost Abu Dhabi: 2026 price guide

A made to measure bathroom vanity in Abu Dhabi normally costs between AED 6,000 and AED 8,600 all in, including the stone top, delivery and installation. The number you get depends on width in centimetres, carcass material, the top you pick and whether the plumbing has to move.

What drives bathroom vanity cost in Abu Dhabi

Five things move the price: width in centimetres, carcass material, the top, drawer and door hardware, and the sink, tap and installation work.

Width and basin count

A 60 cm single basin unit uses roughly half the material and half the labour of a 180 cm double. That is why the jump between bands is bigger than most buyers expect. A 90 cm single costs about AED 800 more than a 60 cm, and a 150 cm double adds another AED 1,000 to AED 1,200 because it needs two sinks, two stone cut outs and a reinforced carcass to carry a heavier top.

Carcass material

Marine plywood, solid wood and moisture resistant MDF behave very differently in a UAE bathroom. Marine plywood is the standard for wet rooms. Solid wood framing costs more but holds a wide marble top without bowing. MDF is cheap and fine in a guest powder room that never sees steam.

The top

Ceramic and porcelain are the cheapest tops. Engineered quartz, natural marble and granite all cost more, but they resist hard water marks and bathroom cleaning chemicals far better.

Hardware and internals

Soft close runners and branded hinges add AED 300 to AED 700 to a typical unit. They are the cheapest part of the build to upgrade and the most annoying part to replace later, so most of our Abu Dhabi clients take them.

Sink, tap and installation

A counter top vessel sink and a mid range tap add AED 350 to AED 1,200 depending on brand. Installation includes travel from the Jebel Ali factory to your address, so a Khalifa City villa with easy ground floor access takes less site time than a high floor apartment on Al Reem Island, where the building needs a lift booking and corridor protection.

Real price bands for custom vanity units in Abu Dhabi

Here is what our Abu Dhabi work costs in 2026, all in, with the top, delivery and installation included:

  • 60 cm single basin, marine plywood carcass, quartz top: AED 6,000
  • 90 to 120 cm single basin, solid wood carcass, natural marble top: AED 6,800 to AED 7,400
  • 150 to 180 cm double basin, solid wood carcass, quartz or marble top: AED 7,800 to AED 8,600

A worked example. A 120 cm vanity with a solid wood carcass and a natural marble top, built for a villa bathroom in Khalifa City, came to AED 7,400 delivered and installed. The same unit in a Yas Island apartment was quoted at AED 7,600 because of lift access and a longer protected carry from the loading bay.

Carcass options and what they cost

Marine plywood is our default and it sits inside the AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 band. Solid wood framing is a paid upgrade. Moisture resistant MDF brings the price down, but it only suits dry powder rooms.

Moisture resistant MDFSave AED 300 to AED 600Guest washrooms, low humidity

We do not build wet room vanities from chipboard or standard MDF. In UAE humidity those boards swell at the cut edges within two or three summers and the doors stop closing square.

Natural stone tops versus ceramic: the price difference

A ceramic top is the cheapest option and it is included in our starting price. Natural stone adds a visible amount, and the increase is easy to price:

  • Engineered quartz: add AED 600 to AED 1,100 against ceramic
  • Natural marble: add AED 900 to AED 1,600
  • Granite: add AED 700 to AED 1,200

Marble is the one people ask for in Saadiyat Island villas and apartments, and it needs sealing every 12 to 18 months. If you would rather not think about maintenance, quartz looks close to stone and never needs sealing. That is the honest trade. Marble also needs a plywood or solid wood substrate underneath, which is one more reason to choose the carcass and the top together.

Off the shelf, custom or imported: the 10 year cost in UAE humidity

An imported off the shelf vanity costs AED 1,800 to AED 3,500 up front and it will not fit your wall. Standard widths are 60, 80 and 100 cm, so most Abu Dhabi bathrooms end up with filler strips and a gap behind the unit where water sits. The board is usually MDF, so it swells at the bottom edge and the unit is replaced in five to seven years.

Two replacement cycles over ten years cost AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 in units alone, plus two installations and two rounds of disruption. A custom unit at AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 is bought once, and a marine plywood or solid wood carcass with a stone top comfortably runs 10 to 15 years. If you want the same numbers for the other emirate, our bathroom vanity cost in Dubai guide uses identical bands. For the design side, see custom bathroom vanity in Abu Dhabi.

What is included in our all-in price, what is not, and the week by week timeline

Our all-in price includes the site measure, the drawing for your approval, the 1:1 build in our Jebel Ali factory, stone cutting and edge polishing, delivery to your Abu Dhabi address, installation, silicone and sealing, and removal of our packaging.

It does not include demolition and disposal of your old vanity, plumbing relocation, new mirrors or lighting, wall tiling, or utility connections such as ADDC in Abu Dhabi and DEWA in Dubai. Those are quoted separately if you need them, and we tell you before you commit rather than after.

Frequently asked questions

Is a custom vanity more expensive than off the shelf?

Yes at the start. An off the shelf unit is AED 1,800 to AED 3,500, and a made to measure unit from our factory is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 all in. Over ten years in UAE humidity the custom unit usually costs less, because the imported MDF version is often replaced twice in that period.

How much does a 60 cm bathroom vanity cost in Abu Dhabi?

A 60 cm single basin vanity with a marine plywood carcass and a quartz top is AED 6,000 delivered and installed. That covers the drawing, the build, the top, the installation and the silicone sealing. Upgrading to a natural marble top takes it to about AED 6,600.

Do you charge extra for Abu Dhabi delivery?

No. Delivery and installation are inside the AED 6,000 to AED 8,600 band for every emirate, Abu Dhabi included. The only variable is access. High floor apartments on Al Reem Island or Saadiyat Island may need a lift booking, and we confirm that before installation day instead of adding it to the invoice afterwards.

How long does a made to measure vanity take?

About 14 days from the day you approve the drawing, then one to two days for delivery and installation in Abu Dhabi. A stone top with a complex edge profile can add two or three days. We give you the exact dates in writing with the quote.

What payment schedule do you use?

50 percent on drawing approval so we can buy materials and start the build, and the balance on completion after you have inspected the unit in your bathroom. There is no separate charge for the drawing or the site measure.
