Everything is produced at our bespoke bathroom vanity workshop in Dubai. You are not buying a flat-pack unit that a general fitter will modify later. The vanity is cut, assembled, finished and templated specifically for your bathroom.

Materials and all-in cost

Carcass materials
We suggest moisture-resistant plywood for humid bathrooms. MDF is tighter in cost. Solid wood works well for painted or stained fronts.
Stone tops
Marble is classic but needs sealing. Quartzite is harder and less porous. Granite handles heavy daily use. Sintered stone offers uniform colour.
A concrete example. A 1,200 mm double vanity with a birch ply carcass, soft-close drawers, two undermount basins and a 20 mm quartzite top, supplied and installed in Dubai Marina, can land around AED 7,200. A 600 mm guest bathroom unit with a moisture-resistant MDF carcass and a marble top may sit closer to AED 6,000. Larger Abu Dhabi villa units above 1,800 mm with double basins and a natural stone top usually move toward AED 8,000.

The 5-step process from measurement to install
We take a bathroom from site measure to installed vanity in five clear steps. The drawing is the contract, and nothing is built until you approve it.
- You send photos and rough width or depth on WhatsApp.
- We visit the property in Dubai Marina, Dubai or Abu Dhabi to measure walls, floor levels, plumbing and clearances.
- We send a 1:1 custom vanity drawing and an all-in quote. You confirm the carcass, stone top, basin type, edge profile and handle detail.
- Our workshop cuts the carcass, applies the finish and templates the stone. Production takes about 14 days after approval.
- We deliver, install and level the unit, fit the basins, seal visible joints and remove packaging.

In Dubai Marina, we often build a wall-hung unit between 600 mm and 900 mm wide with a depth around 450 mm. This keeps the walkway open when the door swings into the room. A 700 mm floating unit with a vessel basin, a ply carcass and a compact stone top may cost about AED 6,200. The absolute width and depth depend on the wall behind the basin, the door arc and the toilet position.
In Abu Dhabi villa master baths, clients usually ask for a double vanity from 1,500 mm to 2,400 mm. These units need a thicker top, more support framing and sometimes a centre drawer stack. The same all-in pricing logic applies, but the material area pushes the price toward AED 8,000.

Why lead time is about 14 days
Fourteen days is the production time after you approve the drawing. It is not a soft promise from the first enquiry, and it is not an open-ended furniture lead time.
Stone fabrication usually drives the programme. A natural stone top needs slab selection, templating, cutting, polishing and sink cutouts. In parallel, the carcass is cut, edge-banded, assembled and finished. We schedule both workstreams so they meet before installation day.
