Why Ajman apartments and villas need custom sizes
Ajman flats and villas rarely have the opening a factory vanity expects. Standard units come in 60, 80 and 100 cm widths, and the space between your two walls is usually something else.
In older buildings in Al Nuaimiya and Al Rashidiya the waste pipe is often off centre, the door frame eats into the corner, and the gap between the tiled wall and the pipe boxing can be 72 cm or 85 cm. In newer buildings near the Ajman Corniche, and in villas in Al Jurf, the wall is wider but the plumbing is set for a double basin, so a 100 cm import leaves a dead strip of floor that is awkward to clean and easy to splash.

- Storage: soft close doors and drawers, with internal cut-outs for the trap
The process, start to finish
- Free measurement at your home in Ajman. We check the wall, the waste position, the sockets and the door swing.
- Full scale drawing for your approval, with sizes, carcass material and top finish marked.
- Factory build in Jebel Ali, 1:1 to that drawing.

Moisture and heat: why MDF and chipboard units fail here
Ordinary MDF and chipboard swell once bathroom humidity reaches the cut edges, and in a UAE bathroom with a shower running twice a day that shows up within a year or two as bulging panels and doors that no longer close.
Specify this instead:
- A moisture resistant plywood or WPC carcass
- Every cut edge sealed, including the ones hidden behind drawers
- A silicone line where the unit meets the wall and the floor
- A quartz or stone top with an upstand, so water runs back toward the basin
- Legs or a plinth, so nothing sits directly in standing water
