A bespoke vanity unit Dubai buyers actually want is a bathroom cabinet designed and built to the exact millimetre for your own wall, pipework and storage, not a size picked from a showroom catalogue. Just Right Interior Decoration LLC builds them in our own factory in Jebel Ali from AED 6,000 to 8,000 all in, and installs across the UAE.

What bespoke actually means for a Dubai bathroom

Bespoke means the unit is drawn around your bathroom before anything is cut. Semi-custom means the cabinet comes in set widths and you choose the finish. Off-the-shelf means you take whatever depth and door count the shop happens to stock.

The difference shows up at the wall. Older apartment bathrooms often have a boxed pipe stack running floor to ceiling in one corner, and stock cabinets leave a 150 mm gap there. A made to measure bathroom vanity in Dubai is drawn around that box, so the counter runs wall to wall and the gap disappears. You can see the result in our completed bespoke vanity installs in the UAE.

What the AED 6,000 to 8,000 all-in price covers

That range is the total for a standard single vanity, delivered and installed, with nothing added later. Everything below sits inside the price.

  • Carcass in moisture-resistant board or marine plywood, cut and assembled in our factory
  • Doors and drawer fronts with sealed edges and soft-close hinges
  • Quartz stone top cut to your exact size, including basin cut-out and tap holes
  • Quartz finish options including Super White, Black and Statuario Exclusive
  • Handle and knob choices, from slim bar pulls to push-to-open fronts
  • Delivery anywhere in the UAE
  • Installation, levelling, silicone sealing and waste connection on site

A 1,000 mm single vanity with a 20 mm quartz top and one undermount basin typically lands around AED 6,000 to 6,800 installed. A 1,600 mm double with two basins, an upstand and a matching mirror frame usually comes in near the top of the band, roughly AED 8,000. The price does not change if you are in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah rather than Dubai, since delivery is already inside the figure.

What pushes it up: length beyond 1,800 mm, double basins, thicker stone edges, drawer banks instead of doors, internal LED lighting, and tight bathrooms where the carcass has to be built in two sections to pass through the door.

Carcass and stone top choices that survive UAE humidity

Choose the carcass for moisture, not for looks. In a UAE bathroom the cabinet sees daily steam from hot showers, plus condensation on the cold side of the wall during heavy AC use.

  • Moisture-resistant board suits guest powder rooms, the kind common in Dubai apartments
  • Marine plywood is the safer choice for family bathrooms, including the larger villa bathrooms you find in Sharjah
  • Solid wood fronts look warm but need sealed edges, because humidity moves the timber
  • Every cut edge should be banded or sealed, since that is where water gets in first
  • Hinges and drawer runners should be corrosion-resistant grade, never bare steel
  • Quartz tops are non-porous and hold up to soap, shampoo and hard water marks better than porous surfaces

Compare carcass and natural-stone top options before you decide, and think about the basin position too. A vessel basin sits on top of the counter, while an undermount keeps the surface flat and is easier to wipe down.

Black bespoke vanity cabinet with a light beige top, matte black fixtures and a large round mirror in a grey tiled bathroom

A floating black vanity carcass with a light beige top, built 1:1 to the customer's approved drawing and installed wall to wall.

Jebel Ali factory, approved drawing, built 1:1 in about 14 days

The unit you approve on paper is the unit you receive, at full scale, not a scaled-down sketch. Here is how a typical job runs.

  1. You send a drawing, a sketch or clear photos of the bathroom, plus wall to wall measurements if you have them.
  2. We agree the layout, carcass material, top finish and hardware, then confirm the all-in price.
  3. We produce a shop drawing with every dimension on it. Nothing is cut until you approve that drawing.
  4. The carcass is built in our Jebel Ali factory at 1:1 to the approved drawing.
  5. The quartz top is cut and dry fitted to the carcass, so basin and tap positions are checked before it leaves.
  6. We deliver and install anywhere in the UAE, level the unit, seal it and connect the waste.
  7. You inspect the finished vanity, we snag anything outstanding, and the job is closed.

Most jobs move from approved drawing to installed vanity in about 14 days. Read how our 14-day made-to-measure process works if you want the detail before you commit.

Measuring your bathroom before we cut anything

Measure the space you have, not the space you wish you had. Width and height are the easy part. The traps are the pipe boxing, the electrical points and the tile line.

  • Pipe boxing: note its depth and how far it projects along the wall
  • Water supply and waste: mark centres, and check whether the waste is in the floor or in the wall
  • Sockets and shaver points: keep them out of splash zones and above the counter, since the mirror and lighting will sit there
  • Tile-out or tile-in: tiling out to a new vanity means the unit sits in a recess, tiling in means it sits against the finished face. Decide before the plinth is made, because it changes the depth by the tile thickness
  • Door swing and clearances: leave working room between the vanity front and the shower glass or the opposite wall
  • Ventilation: an extractor near the vanity keeps humidity off the carcass, which matters more in coastal areas where the air is already heavy

If you are in an apartment building, check the building rules on water isolation windows and lift bookings for delivery. These differ from one building to the next, and they are the main reason installation days slip.

The AED 50,000 order promo, and how to start

Place a single order of AED 50,000 or more across our joinery and fit-out work, and one vanity unit is free. That is the whole offer, stated plainly, with no conditions hidden beyond the order value.

To start, send one of these:

  • An architectural or joinery drawing of the bathroom
  • A hand sketch with wall to wall width, height and pipe boxing depth
  • Two or three clear photos of the space, taken straight on and from the doorway

A photo plus a width is usually enough for a firm number. Send it on WhatsApp to +971 54 483 3966, or request a bespoke vanity quote and we will come back with a price and a drawing date.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a bespoke vanity unit cost in Dubai?

Our bespoke bathroom vanity units are priced all in at AED 6,000 to 8,000, covering the carcass, quartz top, hardware, delivery and installation. A 1,000 mm single vanity with one basin sits at the lower end, while a 1,600 mm double with an upstand and mirror frame sits near the top. The figure is confirmed after we see your drawing or photos, and it does not change mid job.

How long does a made to measure bathroom vanity take?

About 14 days from the day you approve the shop drawing to the day the unit is installed. Drawing and approval usually takes a few days before that, depending on how quickly you sign off. If your bathroom needs a site measure, add a day for the visit.

Do you install vanity units outside Dubai?

Yes. We manufacture in Jebel Ali and install across all of the UAE, so the delivery and fitting price is the same whether you are in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi. The only difference is scheduling, since longer trips are grouped into a single day.

Can you build a vanity unit for a small or awkward bathroom?

That is exactly what bespoke is for. We build around pipe boxing, low ceilings and short walls, and we can split a long carcass into sections so it passes through the bathroom door and into a lift. Every unit is produced 1:1 to the drawing you approve first.

What top material do you use for the vanity?

We fit quartz stone tops in finishes including Super White, Black, Calacatta Miranda and Statuario Exclusive. Quartz is non-porous, so it resists water marks, soap and shampoo better than porous surfaces in a humid bathroom. The top is cut to your basin and tap positions and dry fitted in the factory before delivery.

Can you match a new vanity to my existing bathroom?

Yes. Send photos of the tiles, the existing door finish and the brassware, and we will match the carcass finish and the top as closely as the material range allows. If you want a closer match, bring a tile sample or a door offcut to the factory. Matching is easier when the bathroom is being tiled at the same time.
