Carcass materials and tops for a UAE wet room
Humidity and cleaning decide your material more than the colour does. A bathroom that runs hot water for twenty minutes every day is a wet room, and every panel edge has to be sealed against it.
- Moisture resistant carcass board with sealed edges as standard

From drawing to installed in about 14 days
About 14 days is the honest answer, counted from the day you approve the drawing to the day the unit is fitted and sealed. The site measurement itself is free.
- We visit, measure and photograph the bathroom, including pipe positions, tile thickness and the door swing.
- You receive a 1:1 drawing with dimensions, basin centre lines, tap holes and every cut out marked.
- You approve it or ask for changes. Nothing is cut until you say yes, so book a free site measurement in Dubai to start this step.
- We build the carcass, doors and top in Jebel Ali, including stone cutting and sealing.
- Install day takes about half a day. We disconnect the old unit, remove it where agreed, fit the new one, reconnect the waste and supply, then seal and clean.
- We walk you through care for the top and hand over any spare fittings.

Do you remove the old vanity?
Yes, where it can be disconnected safely. We take it out on install day and remove it unless you would rather keep it. Wall patching and re tiling are not part of the vanity price, and we will tell you before install day if patching looks likely.

Yes, often. We take the designer's dimensions, check them against a live site measurement, then build 1:1 to the drawing you approve. If a wall runs out or a waste pipe needs a service panel, we issue a marked up revision before production starts.
