How width drives the price
Width is the biggest single driver of the vanity unit price in Dubai, because it sets how much material you need, how many drawers fit and whether the unit takes one basin or two.

Depth and height are made to your drawing at no extra charge, which matters in older buildings where the alcove is not square. Anything wider than 1200mm is priced per running metre from AED 1,400. A 1200mm double-sink unit adds a second basin cut and a second tap hole, and if the plumbing has to be branched or moved, budget another AED 600 to 1,500 for the plumber.
Carcass materials and how they change the price
The carcass is the box behind the doors, and in the UAE it decides whether the vanity survives years of humidity and hard water.
- Moisture-resistant MDF: the baseline inside the AED 6,000 to 8,000 price. Fine in a ventilated bathroom with an extractor fan, expect 6 to 10 years before the edges start to swell.
- Marine plywood: adds roughly AED 400 to 900. The glue lines resist water far better, expect 12 to 20 years, and it is our default for wall-hung units.
- Solid wood: adds roughly AED 1,200 to 2,500 depending on species. Teak and iroko handle humidity best, but solid wood needs re-oiling and it moves with the seasons.

Countertop options: porcelain, quartz and natural marble
Stone is quoted per running metre because length, edge profile and cut-outs all vary.
- Porcelain slab: AED 700 to 1,000 per running metre. Non-porous, scratch resistant and happy with cleaning products.
- Quartz and engineered stone: AED 900 to 1,400 per running metre. Consistent colour, no sealing, and the usual pick for anyone who wants a marble top bathroom vanity in Dubai without the upkeep.
- Natural marble: AED 1,100 to 2,000 per running metre, plus sealing. The veining is unmatched, but in UAE conditions it needs resealing every 12 to 18 months, and hard water in Dubai and Sharjah leaves dull patches once the sealer lapses.
If the marble look is the goal but the maintenance is not, quartz gets you most of the effect at similar money.
