What Dubai bathrooms actually need from a vanity
A vanity in Dubai has to survive year-round air conditioning and fit a layout that was never planned around a cabinet. Moisture resistance and accurate sizing matter more here than the finish you choose.
Humidity and water
Board that is not moisture resistant swells around a basin cut-out within a season. We use moisture-resistant material with sealed edges, so the vanity carcass in Dubai heat and cool cycles keeps its shape, and a stone top keeps splashes on the surface instead of in a joint. Sizes and configurations we build most in Dubai
There is no single standard size. The most requested builds are single sink units from 60cm to 90cm, double sink runs from 120cm to 160cm, floating vanities, and compact powder room units down to 45cm. The custom bathroom vanity units built in our Jebel Ali factory are all drawn to your measurements before anything is cut.
Single sink, 60cm to 90cm
Common in apartments and secondary bathrooms. A 70cm cabinet with a 60cm top and one under-counter basin gives useful storage without crowding the door.
Double sink, 120cm to 160cm
Family bathrooms usually land between 140cm and 150cm, with two basins, two tap drillings and a central drawer bank. Allow about 60cm of standing room per basin.
Floating and wall-hung units
Floating vanities keep the floor clear and make small bathrooms feel bigger. They need a solid wall or a proper backing board for the bracket load, and the waste runs inside the carcass, which is far easier to plan at drawing stage than after tiling.
Compact powder rooms
Powder rooms often take only a 45cm to 60cm unit with a slim counter basin. Same moisture-resistant build, same quartz top, smaller carcass.
What drives the price of a bathroom vanity in Dubai
A made-to-measure vanity from our factory is AED 6,000 to 8,000 all-in. Width, carcass material, stone choice and the number of basins move the number, and installation anywhere in the UAE is included rather than quoted as an extra.
Worked example, a 140cm double sink vanity:

Every unit is made in our factory in Jebel Ali, Dubai, so the carcass, stone cutting and finish stay under our control instead of being resold from a catalogue. We install across all of the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, and a site in Abu Dhabi gets the same drawing-led process as one in Dubai.
Lead time is about 14 days from approved drawing to installed unit. Stone is the usual variable. Standard quartz colours are generally on the shelf, while a special order adds a few days. For apartment towers we book the service lift and confirm access with building management in advance. Water and drainage positions are set with DEWA requirements in mind before the carcass is fixed, so taps, waste and trap line up on the first visit. A typical vanity unit Dubai homeowners order from a showroom cannot offer that, because the cut-outs are decided before your bathroom is seen.

How the process works: drawing, approval, 1:1 build, install
Nothing is cut until you have signed off the drawing, which is what keeps the finished unit and the price predictable.
- Site measurement. We measure the wall and check the pipe box, door swing, tile line and existing water and drainage points.
- Drawing and quote. You receive a dimensioned drawing with a fixed all-in price.
- Approval. You confirm the drawing. Every vanity is then built 1:1 to your approved drawing at full scale, with no site guessing.
- Production. Carcass, doors, stone top and basin cut-outs are made in the Jebel Ali factory, usually inside about 14 days.
- Installation. We deliver, position the unit, connect water and waste, seal the top and clear the site.
- Handover. You check the finished vanity against the approved drawing with us.

Send a photo or an offcut and we will check the colour and edge profile against your existing counter before production starts.
Do you install in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?
Yes. We install across all of the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, from our base in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Drawing, approval and build follow the same steps wherever the site is. For sites outside Dubai we confirm access and lift timings in advance so the install day runs to schedule.
Is a made-to-measure vanity worth it compared with a showroom unit?
It is worth it when the space is awkward, when you want the storage to reach the wall, or when the top, basin and tap need to line up properly. A stock unit often leaves a gap at one end, and adding a cut-to-size top and site modifications eats the saving. If your alcove happens to match a 100cm stock unit exactly and you accept a laminate top, the stock option is cheaper.
