Existing plumbing
The existing drain stays in place unless it is off centre or too close to a wall. Moving a waste is possible, but it adds cost and needs the wall or floor opened.
Tiles
If the new unit is wider, we patch the splash return. If that tile is discontinued, a matching side panel or a slim filler solves it.
Reusing your existing top
If your slab is sound, uncracked and the right length, we can keep it and build the new carcass to match. That usually saves AED 900 to AED 1,500.
