Why Dubai bathrooms need a made to measure vanity unit
Most Dubai apartments have compact bathrooms with alcoves or pipe boxing that make standard vanity units a poor fit. A made to measure vanity unit lets you use every centimetre.
In older high-rise towers, the vanity often has to sit between a wall and a concealed cistern or above a floor-mounted drain. A 600 mm wide alcove in a Dubai apartment can take a 580 mm carcass with soft-close drawers, leaving service access without losing storage. We also reduce depth to 350 mm where a full 500 mm cabinet would block the bathroom door.

Materials we use for a custom vanity Dubai build
We build every unit on a moisture-resistant plywood or marine plywood carcass and finish it with your choice of natural-stone or engineered top. This matters in humid Dubai bathrooms where moisture can swell cheap MDF or chipboard.

Getting the fit right in UAE apartments
Job specifics change between the UAE because wall construction and plumbing routing differ. We build the same made to measure vanity unit differently depending on the site.
In a Dubai tower, the vanity may need to bridge a floor-mounted drain with a shallow 350 mm deep cabinet. In an Abu Dhabi villa bathroom, there is often more depth, so we can use full 550 mm drawers and a deeper basin. The drawing shows those differences before you commit.
We also handle areas where the client is not doing a full bathroom renovation. The vanity can be installed around existing floor tiles and wall tiles if the plumbing points are already set.
