Bathroom vanity units UAE: made to measure and installed
Just Right Interior Decoration builds bathroom vanity units to the millimetre in its Jebel Ali factory, then delivers and installs them anywhere in the UAE. Budget AED 6,000 to 8,000 all-in, and about 14 days from the drawing you approve to the unit on your wall. Here is what that price buys, what a showroom unit cannot do, and the five measurements to send before you commit.
What a vanity unit means in a villa bathroom and in an apartment
Deep in a villa, tight in a tower. Villa bathrooms usually give 550mm to 600mm of depth and a wall you can build out slightly. Apartment bathrooms often leave 480mm to 500mm of usable depth, with the drain and supplies fixed where the developer put them, so the carcass gets shaped around them.
Off-the-floor clearance is the second difference. A wall-hung unit keeps the floor clear for cleaning and the floor drain. It needs a wall you can fix into. Blockwork takes a proper anchor. A stud partition or a tiled shaft wall needs reinforcing, or a floor-standing unit on a plinth instead. Send a photo of the wall and we will tell you which your bathroom will take.
Made to measure versus a ready-made unit from a showroom
A showroom unit is a fixed box: 600, 800 or 1000mm wide, one depth, one door, a top cut square. Your wall is not square and your drain is not centred, so the gaps get filled with silicone and a trim strip.
Ours starts with a survey and a drawing. You approve the plan, the elevation and the carcass spec before anything is cut, and the unit is then built 1:1 to that drawing in our factory. Full scale, not squeezed into the nearest standard size. That is the difference between bespoke vanity units UAE made to order and a box that nearly fits. The quartz top is cut after the carcass is measured against the real wall, so it meets the tile instead of a filler strip. Here is how a 1:1 build from your approved drawing works.
"Our new bathroom vanity looks beautiful. The custom top fits perfectly. We hired Just Right for the job. The workers were careful and clean." Syed Amaan, 5 stars

From the Jebel Ali workshop to all seven emirates
One factory, one standard. Every unit is made in Jebel Ali and delivered to site, whether the job is in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman or the Northern Emirates. A bathroom vanity units Dubai order and a custom vanity units Sharjah order go through the same drawing approval and the same 1:1 build.
Distance changes access, not the build. Villas are simple: the unit arrives, the old one comes out, the top goes on. Apartment towers need a service lift booked and a works permit from building management, sometimes a morning only delivery slot. Give us the building rules with the measurements and we plan around them at quote stage. Fourteen days is the usual run from approved drawing to fitted unit, and the clock starts when you sign, not when you first message. There are recent vanity units installed across the Emirates if you want to see what has come out of the workshop.
What the AED 6,000 to 8,000 all-in price covers
The range buys a complete unit, not a carcass with extras added later. Carcass and doors, the quartz stone top, the basin cut-out, tap holes, delivery and installation are inside it. Four things move the figure:
- Size. A 1,200mm double unit uses more carcass, door, top and hardware than a 700mm single.
- The stone. We cut Super White, Black, Calacatta Miranda and Statuario Exclusive. Slabs are not priced the same.
- Basins. A second basin means a second cut-out, a second tap position and extra internal plumbing.
- Drawer hardware. Standard runners against soft-close full-extension drawers, and how many drawer banks you take against doors.
Every made to measure bathroom vanity UAE customers order from us is quoted in writing: carcass material and thickness, door finish and edge banding, top material, thickness and edge profile, number of cut-outs, hardware, delivery, installation and removal of the old unit. Two quotes compare only when they list the same things. The higher number is often the one that already includes the stone and the fitting.
Five dimensions to send before you order
You do not need a laser. You need five numbers and three photos.
- Width, wall to wall at the unit position, read at the top, middle and bottom because walls bow.
- Depth, from the finished wall to the nearest obstruction, allowing for drawer pull or door swing.
- Height, floor to the top you want, and floor to anything fixed above.
- Plumbing offsets, the drain centre measured from each side wall, and where the supplies come out.
- Socket and switch positions, height and distance from the unit edge, including any shaver point.
Photos: the whole wall square on, the drain and supplies with a tape measure in frame, and the floor under the unit. One photo with the doors open tells us more than three of the front. There are more bathroom vanity buying guides in our articles hub if you want to compare materials first.
Wall-mounted sanitaryware and recessed niches keep the floor and the wall clear. Niche and unit positions get set out together on the drawing, before tiling.
Five questions to ask any vanity supplier in the UAE
Ask these before anyone cuts a panel, including us.
- What is the carcass, in writing? Ply, WPC, MDF or chipboard, and what thickness. If the answer is high quality board, keep asking.
- Who cuts the top? If the stone goes to a third party, who measures the wall and who carries the mistake when the top is short?
- Who installs? The team that built the carcass should be the team that hangs it.
- What warranty covers the carcass, the hardware and the top, in months, and what voids it?
- Do I approve a 1:1 drawing and sign it before cutting? Anything built from a phone sketch is a guess with a deposit on it.
To price this job, send us your bathroom dimensions for a fixed quote on WhatsApp, along with photos of the wall showing the drain and supplies, the three width readings, the depth and the height you want, and the city the job is in. WhatsApp is the fastest route, and the drawing comes back for your approval before anything is cut.
Frequently asked questions
How much do bathroom vanity units cost in the UAE?
A complete made to measure unit from us runs AED 6,000 to 8,000 all-in, covering carcass, doors, quartz top, basin cut-out and installation. Width, stone, a second basin and drawer hardware move the figure inside that range or past it. Send the wall measurements and the stone you want for a written itemised price.
How long does a made to measure vanity take?
About 14 days from the day you approve the drawing. The survey and the drawing come first, and nothing is cut before you sign. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Northern Emirates jobs run on the same build time, with delivery planned around access.
Do you install outside Dubai?
Yes. Everything is made in Jebel Ali and installed across all seven emirates, from Abu Dhabi and Sharjah to Ajman and the Northern Emirates. Apartment towers need a lift booking and a works permit, so send the building rules with the measurements.
Can I buy the unit only and fit it myself?
Yes. Some customers take supply only, often several vanities at once for one building, and fit them with their own team. The unit still leaves the factory built 1:1 to your approved drawing, so carcass and top match.
